Come explore all the science involved in the food we eat! There’s so much to learn about what happens to molecules in the kitchen. We will also apply the scientific method and math to recipes… what happens when we change ingredients or ratios? We’ll also make really cool things like bobas and other gelatinous munchies, foamy concoctions, and use acids and bases in cooking. Ever cooked using just the sun? That's part of our week as well.
