Entering Grades: 4th - 8th
Designed for 4th-8th Grade Students. This half-day camp will start the morning with stretching and breathing. We will work on basic yoga skills, learning poses like downward-facing dog, the Warrior sequences, and different standing balances. Breath work and yoga will be taught by a Yoga Alliance certified teacher. After a flexible morning, campers will begin working on a variety of arts and craft projects. Students will get to hydro-dip flower pots, make concrete-casted mushrooms, learn basic hand-sewing techniques, and more. This camp is designed to help students refine their fine motor skills and explore new forms of expressions!
